Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. MVR check conducted before operating a company vehicle.

We're building a multi-truck fleet operation across Kentucky. Every person who joins us now is getting in at the ground floor of something big. Here's what the path looks like:

Training Period

Paid Training — $15–17/hr

You shadow Weston on real jobs, learn our SOP process start to finish, and build the foundation. Week 1 you observe. Week 2 you perform with supervision. You get paid from day one.

Certification

Quality Certification Test

You complete 3 solo jobs while your work is inspected against our quality checklist. Pass the standard and you're certified to operate independently. This is your green light.

Independent/ Operator

Your Own Route — Commission + Bonuses

You move to a commission-based structure and run your own jobs independently. Performance bonuses are tied to your 5-star reviews and quality scores. The better you perform, the more you earn.

Company Vehicle

Your Own Branded Truck

Once you've proven quality and reliability, you get your own fully equipped, branded Alchemy Detail Works vehicle. You're running your own mobile operation — backed by our systems, our brand, and our customer base.

6–12 Months · Leadership

Lead Technician

As we expand to new markets and add trucks, top performers become Lead Technicians — helping train new hires, maintaining quality standards in the field, and earning more. This is how you grow into a leadership role with a fast-growing Kentucky company.
