By accessing our website or scheduling services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

Alchemy Detail Works provides mobile automotive detailing, ceramic coating, paint correction, maintenance detailing, fleet services, and related automotive appearance services.

All services are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at our discretion.

Scheduling and Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled through our website, phone, text message, email, or approved booking platforms.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to:

Severe weather

Equipment failure

Safety concerns

Staff availability

Unforeseen circumstances

We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any scheduling changes.

Membership Plans

Alchemy Detail Works offers recurring Membership Plans designed to help clients maintain a clean, protected vehicle year-round while receiving discounted services and exclusive member benefits. Membership options include Monthly, Bi-Monthly, and Quarterly service plans.

Memberships automatically renew according to the selected service frequency unless canceled by the customer. Membership pricing, discounts, included services, and benefits may be updated periodically with advance notice.

Members are responsible for scheduling their recurring appointments. While Alchemy Detail Works makes every effort to accommodate preferred appointment dates and times, scheduling is based on availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Membership benefits may include discounted detailing services, complimentary add-on services, priority scheduling, ceramic spray protection, shampoo services, rotating vehicle options, and other promotional benefits as advertised at the time of enrollment. Benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value unless otherwise specified by Alchemy Detail Works.

Membership plans apply only to the enrolled vehicle unless otherwise stated. Certain plans may allow approved vehicle rotation options as outlined during enrollment.

Members who miss scheduled appointments or fail to provide adequate notice of cancellation may forfeit that service visit. Missed services do not automatically roll over to future service periods unless approved by Alchemy Detail Works.

Memberships may be canceled at any time by providing at least fourteen (14) days written notice prior to the next billing date. Any promotional incentives, enrollment discounts, complimentary services, or special pricing received as part of the membership may be forfeited upon cancellation where permitted by law.

Alchemy Detail Works reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership for non-payment, repeated missed appointments, unsafe working conditions, abusive behavior, or violations of these Terms and Conditions.

All completed membership services are non-refundable. Unused services, credits, discounts, and promotional benefits expire upon cancellation and are not redeemable for cash.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate contact information.

Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled service location.

Remove personal belongings and valuables before service.

Ensure a safe work environment for our technicians.

Disclose any known vehicle issues that may affect service performance.

Alchemy Detail Works is not responsible for personal items left inside vehicles.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We accept approved payment methods as displayed on our website or invoicing platform.

Failure to pay for services may result in collection efforts and additional fees as permitted by law.

Deposits

Certain services, including ceramic coatings, paint correction, fleet work, or specialty services, may require a deposit.

Deposits may be non-refundable if appointments are canceled without sufficient notice.

Cancellation Policy

We request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of deposits or cancellation fees.

Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future service.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Alchemy Detail Works strives to provide exceptional service.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of a completed service, you must notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and address any concerns.

The satisfaction guarantee does not cover:

Pre-existing vehicle damage

Wear and tear

Stains, odors, or defects that cannot be permanently removed

New damage occurring after service completion

Ceramic Coating and Paint Correction Services

Results may vary based on:

Vehicle condition

Paint condition

Environmental exposure

Maintenance practices

While ceramic coatings provide protection and enhanced appearance, they do not make a vehicle scratch-proof, chip-proof, or maintenance-free.

Any warranty offered is subject to the specific terms provided at the time of service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alchemy Detail Works shall not be liable for:

Indirect damages

Incidental damages

Consequential damages

Loss of use

Loss of income

Loss of personal property left in the vehicle

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

Website Use

You agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful purposes.

Attempt unauthorized access to website systems.

Interfere with website functionality.

Upload harmful code, malware, or malicious content.

We reserve the right to restrict access to any user who violates these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, and branding, is the property of Alchemy Detail Works and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
